  • Your Bauman portable laser device includes a lifetime warranty. If it stops working, contact us and we'll send it to the manufacturer for repair. Repairs are free for the first 3 years, $250 for years 3-5, and $500 after 5 years. Battery replacements are always free.

    You may exchange your device within 12 months of purchase for credit toward another Bauman Medical product or service (must be undamaged and in working order). A $750 restocking fee applies to exchanges.

Shipping, Orders & Support

  • We're happy to ship internationally! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT upon arrival, which are determined by your local customs authority and are your responsibility as the customer.

  • Returns

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any unopened product in its original packaging (prescription items excluded). We'll refund the full product price to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Exchanges

    Your satisfaction is our priority. If you've tried a product and it's not quite right for you, we're happy to help you find something better. Within 30 days of purchase, we'll provide full or partial credit toward another Bauman Medical product or service.
