European Union Return and Cancellation Policy
If your order is delivered to an address in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without providing a reason.
Cancellation before shipment
You may request cancellation of your order before it has been fulfilled by using the cancellation option in your customer account. If the order has already been fulfilled or shipped, please use the return process described below.
Right of withdrawal
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. For orders delivered in multiple shipments, the period begins when the final item is received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, submit a return request through your customer account or contact us at shop@dralanbauman.com with your name, order number, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. We will confirm receipt of your request by email.
Returning products
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the products back within 14 days.
Unless we state otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the products. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Products should be returned with all included parts, accessories, and packaging when reasonably possible.
You may inspect products as you would in a physical store. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Refunds
If you validly withdraw, we will refund payments received for the returned products, including the cost of our least-expensive standard delivery method. Extra costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method aren’t refundable.
We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned products or you provide evidence that they were sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. You won’t incur a fee from us for receiving the refund.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal might not apply to certain purchases permitted by law, including:
- Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized
- Sealed products that aren’t suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after the seal has been broken
- Products that deteriorate or expire rapidly
- Sealed audio, video, or software products after opening
- Digital content supplied immediately after you expressly consented to performance and acknowledged losing your withdrawal right
- Services fully performed after your prior express consent and acknowledgment
Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged, or misdescribed products aren’t affected by this policy.
